We offer the following warranties on our products, so you can rest assure.

- Sokit Rokit Padlock – 1yr warranty
- Sokit ROkit Strap – 1yr warranty
Warranty claims for faulty products must be submitted to sokit.rokit@gmail.com
When lodging a claim, attach images of the product which you are claiming a warranty for. If no images are supplied, your warranty claim will not be accepted. Images are required in .jpeg or .png format. Please a description of the fault or issue and a detailed description of how the product was used so we can assist you with your warranty claim. Once we have received your warranty claim, our team may need to contact you for further information.
To ensure we can get in touch, don’t forget to include a Proof of Purchase and your contact details when email us regarding a Warranty Claim.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOKIT ROKIT excludes all liability for damage or injury to any person, damage to any property and any indirect consequential or other loss or damage.
